They are prompt, efficient, and reliable, with a work ethic that is a pleasure and definitely a rarity to see in these times. Alex was very prompt in all communications, via phone and/or messaging, and was one of only a few roofers who even bothered to get back to me with an estimate, and for that I truly thank him!! His professionalism and dedication to a job well done shines through, not only in his own actions, but that of his crew! Jacob and Tyler were so expedient and efficient in taking off and putting on my new roof, and were so very helpful in aiding me with a few other issues. They were pleasant, well-mannered, and helpful, and would like to thank them so much for a job extremely well-done!
