We've used Reliant's services twice, both times very satisfactorily. For the first time, Reliant sent two people out the very day of my call. They made a temporary repair that worked till we could schedule the full job a couple weeks later--and they didn't charge me for that temporary fix. The later full roof job works well, as does a second job, a deck repair we had done later this fall. No more leaks, workers pleasant, careful and capable, and timely. We'll be pleased to call Reliant any time we need roofing assistance.

It seems a lot of contractors probably have great technical skills but have difficulty managing their day to day business. I had a much better experience here. This was at least the 3rd roofing company I reached out to. I called for an estimate and they came out within the week to look at our roof. Their office staff is pleasant and professional. Not that I know much about roofing repairs, but the price seemed fair, their explaination made sense and no more leaking. The repair guy was also very nice. Thank you.
