After the big hail we had last July, I needed to get another new roof. From a recommendation by a local realtor, Paul Dart, I chose to go with Greenpoint. My experience with Chris Blankenship was exemplary. He explained everything clearly with no pressure and was always available for questions. I was not in a big hurry and we did put it off for a bit, but there was still no pressure. The crew came, did the job with no issues, everything was cleaned up nicely and really, the whole thing went smoothly and easily. I am in the construction industry and have found the single best thing you can do to create a good customer experience is to communicate well and do what you say your going to do when you say you are going to do it. From the beginning until the end to the project, Chris Blankenship did exactly that and I never had a need to follow up to check on status of a single thing including coordination with my insurance company or scheduling of the work.
