I filed my claim in April of this year for new roof it took almost 5 months of me calling texting emailing then having to threaten legal action for them to complete my roof and interior. They have not returned any of the money for the work they did not complete and will not return my calls. it has been almost 8 months now. MIKE AND EIS are a complete scam I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. "Take the money and run" they don't even have a functioning website. Ill be going forward with legal action at this point. Please DO NOT USE EIS!!! |
| John Rubano | Do not use this company! EIS installed a roof and gutters on my home with a lifetime warrenty. The gutters began leaking causing trip hazard and water damage. Jared came out to inspect. He stated the gutters were improperly installed and promised to come back and fix them. He never returned. He, the owner, and other employees have not returned my phone calls despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. |

Several project managers that have no clue what they are doing. They do not keep their employees. they use all subs. Finally got our roof done. They did not pull a permit and I would be shocked if it passes inspection. Damaged our house in the process. Won't return phone calls. Still owes us money. The Company does not pay their subs. Our friends house had a lien put on it because they did not pay the roofing company. Please don't trust them with your house or money!! |
