Casanova Remodeling – Roofing Contractor in Litchfield, Connecticut

We hired Casanova after seeing their Gutter Topper product at a home show. They replaced my roof, skylight, gutters and added the gutter Topper. My large and complex roof was stripped and replaced with the skylight all in one day! The job was professional and clean. My gutters were installed two days later due to rain, that and the Topper look amazing with the new roof! Communication with Casanova Remodeling was easy and very responsive. We are very satisfied.

Where do I start? These guys came and measured the custom windows months after they were supposed to start the job, then installed windows which were not the accurate size, essentially destroying a valuable wall unit in the process in order to make room and harming the marble floors in the kitchen for the same reason; in addition they started the paint job eight months late and failed to scrape to raw wood and prime properly. They power-washed the house, but in the meantime destroyed screens, three of which have still not been returned repaired, months later. They sold me by contract Andersen windows but installed Harvey Windows. Last item chronologically they were supposed to come on a scheduled day to fix some items and not only failed to show up but called days later to reschedule. Good luck if you use them!
