| Mary Damico | This company is a scam. I paid over 22,000 for my metal roof. It took over 5 months to complete a simple ranch roof, which leaked within first month damaging ceilings and floors. One year later it leaked again in same spot damaging same area, plywood, ceilings and floor including carpetting. After over a month of constantly calling company, they sent man out to measure and estimate damage. They claimed it was my fault because I didn't clean covered valleys, which are supposed to be free running and no way to blow out debris. They refused to cover all the damages. I had to live in distraction and had to pay for 80 of the damages due to the fact that no one had any idea what they we're doing. Contractors destroyed my yard, shrubs, gutters, and left debris all around icludiinc nails that popped my car tire and tractor tires. Again, they said they would send a crew to clean up and never did. I got another nail in my tire and my ceiling is leaking around my chimney. Again, after numerous calls, no call backs. Very dissatisfied |
