This roofing company is the real deal. They were super knowledgeable about roofing and noticed the way the gutter on one side was hanging that accurately indicated that some of the underlying plywood needed to be replaced. They also mentioned that the basement was most likely wet most of the time because the down spouts did not carry the water away from the house. If I had gone with one of the other roofing companies I don't know if they would have actually fixed the problem or just shingled it over for a temporary fix. The owner was easy to talk with and they cleaned up everything before they left. It was very inexpensive to get the water away from the edge of the house and now my basement is also dry! A good experience overall.

I found them friendly and easy to work with. They installed a new roof on my single family colonial house. It was not a difficult job, but I liked that they only used top notch materials that have a very long warrantee and they also have a guarantee on labor which told me that they have confidence in their own work. The south side of the roof was in really bad shape and the roofer told me the north side could have survived another year or two, but I decided to replace the whole roof at one time because it was less expensive in the long run to do the whole job at once. I did not feel pressured at all, he just explained the condition of the roof and then showed me what he was talking about so I could see for myself. I also had the roofer's phone number and whenever I called he picked right up. My roof looks great. They completely cleaned up. They were not the cheapest quote I had, but it was competitive and I wanted the job done correctly the first time.

They did a reroof on my two family house in New Haven. It was done fast at a great price. I am happy with the job they did!
