Modern Plumbing is a top notch operation. They are great start to finish. I first met them when Klaffs went out of business and I had to solve a bad situation with some hard to find plumbing pieces that I had never received from Klaffs. They were really helpful and I ended up buying 4 bathrooms and my kitchen from them. Rose is amazing she will always make sure you are filling in the blanks on your order, I am an interior designer and was you are going for a fully designed look....which means there are many minor components that come from different vendors to consider. But the real proof of a great vendor is: after the order is complete, are they really there for you to help solve issues? The other day when my plumber went to install one of the toilets it was discovered an essential part was not in the box and nowhere to be found locally, it had to be special ordered. Rose and Steve got the piece shipped to me immediately so my construction schedule was not impacted at all. Highly recommend to anyone doing a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, outdoor shower, etc.
