| Chad Armstrong | I called up a few Roofing Companies to obtain a quote for my roof replacement. Brown Roofing is the Company to go with as they have been in business for approx 47 years. To start, that has to make you feel comfortable knowing that if something goes wrong, it will be taken care of. The salesman for Brown Roofing Nello Perillo came to give me an estimate and was promptly on time. I was greeted respectfully and he came prepared with all products necessary to install on the roof. I explained to him after he quoted me that I had other quotes I was reviewing and that if one comes in lower, should i give him a call to let him know. Nello stated, absolutely. I then mentioned to Nello that I may put in a Insurance claim, as some shingles blew off my roof back in December 2019. He stated that he would be available to be here when the adjuster arrived as he would be able to assist in explaining the condition of the roof to the adjuster. I decided to go with Nello of Brown Roofing as he seemed to be the most prepared compared to all the other Salesmen from beginning to end. Nello met the Adjuster at the house when he arrived and was able to get my whole roof covered by the Insurance Company minus the deductible. Nello from Brown Roofing was well prepared and attentive and respectful from beginning to end. I'm sure all Salesmen at Brown are the Same, but I would recommend Nello Perillo at Brown Roofing any day. He followed through on everything thing that he said he would do and could do. |
