| Rich W | I went into B&E to purchase both a flush and fill valve for my home toilet. I informed Mark, the shop owner, of the toilet model and part numbers, and asked if he had any suggestions. Upon this request he had a few condescending remarks and overall seemed disgruntled. When I told him his behavior was off-putting and that I planned to go elsewhere he took it as an opportunity to berate me. I told him his behavior was unprofessional and at this point he stated "if you continue talking this will go incredibly bad for the both of us." I strongly advise to avoid this business, and Mark if you read this you need to re-evaluate your business model, threatening a client should never be a part of that practice. |
