Ferris installed two windows, a front door and shutters for us. Matt came with an app that let use see exactly what the new door would look like superimposed on a photo of our house. This helped us decide what to get. We also used the photo to help with our neighborhood architectural committee review. Wayne and Rob installed the door and window. They were very professional and we were very comfortable having them in our home. The door looks and works great. The draft we previously had from our windows was corrected with the new windows and proper installation. A week later John and Austin came out and installed the shutters. We were very pleased with their work. After the work was done, Matt came back and inspected the work and collected the final check. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and door, but what really made the difference for us was the the caliber of the people that did the work.

My husband and I selected Ferris Home Improvements to reface our Stucco-front home after a moisture test revealed moderate moisture intrusion and damage. It was a large project which included removing the existing stucco, repairing the damaged wood, replacing the windows and installing new siding and stone. We took two years to finally pull the trigger on this project and we received quotes from many contractors in the area over this time. We chose Ferris because of their reputation and warranties after having several bad experiences with other contractors over the years. I can honestly say, we are so happy with our decision! Although the project didn't go flawlessly there were some delays due to the window manufacturer, the Ferris team did everything they could to make it a good experience. The final product turned out even better than we expected! Specifically, I cannot say enough good things about Ryan Goodwin, the field supervisor. He was professional, punctual, reliable, sent frequent updates, was flexible with working around our schedules even cared about noise and dust level with a new baby in the house and went far above and beyond every chance he had. He personally saw to it that our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I have never experienced this level of care from a contractor! Ferris was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were also not the highest. And in the end, the extra investment was well worth it. I highly recommend this company if you have a remodeling need for your home.
