| tina decleene | DON'T HIRE you will be sorry!!!! I have been a home owner for 27 years and have NEVER dealt with a company with ZERO costumer service. Hired and put half down in OCT. they finally showed up end of February to do the work. They NEVER contacted me from Oct. to Feb. NEVER ONCE. said they would call back when i called them...nope I had to make EVERY call to find out that they had a problem with the company they order from AND then had an employee in a auto accident. which delayed my work which would have been fine. BUT JUST TELL ME!!!!!! The best part is..... since Feb 18th work finally completed, MAYBE. NOW only 13 day since complete, we have received 4 INVOICES, and been called AT WORK 5 times. FUNNY, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, then literally harassed for 13 days. Side note. They had to come back out the week after the repair because it was LEAKING worse then before they fixed it. Not sure if repair is fixed because we have not had enough rain to check for leaks AGAIN! Afraid to pay the balance until I know its fixed because we will probably never see them again. |
