Be sure to get a design contract one was not offered to us or come with architect drawn plans. Do your research and know exactly what you want down to the trim color for siding, XL siding, if your concrete needs to be sealed, the difference between tongue and groove and beveled, how you expect your yard to be left, etc, pick out your own lights and placement. Do not sign a big contract until you know and feel confident on the particulars. We had too many unknowns. Keep a close eye on the project and be proactive. If you need more guidance or prefer more peace of mind my experience says look elsewhere.
