Tycos Roofing And Siding – Roofing Contractor in Wilmington, Delaware

Tycos completed my roof replacement a few weeks ago. Everything went great from my first contact with the company to the finished project. The estimate was right in the middle of 3 I received. I was a little surprised they weren't the highest because they were offering a better quality product than the others. I would recommend Tycos.

Have to admit, the siding looks pretty good and the neighbors have been complimenting how it looks. They came in when they were suppose to, noticed and corrected issues before I noticed and were responsive to requests. There is one thing needed with the siding, tarps need to be laid down to catch any potential nails falling on the ground.

Had a great experience with Tycos and Project Manager Joe Paoletti. A wind storm damaged our roof, gutters, and siding. Joe came out on a Friday, gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done brand new roof, minor repair to siding, and keep old gutters but fix and reattach and gave us real numbers, that were lower than what others had quoted, and once we signed up, the work was completed the following Tuesday. Five days to get everything figured out and completed is awesome. The work was done very well and Joe kept us well informed along the way. No nickel and dime-ing here as the project stayed exactly on budget. Clean up was done fairly well, a few stray shingle pieces were left here or there but nothing major. All in all we're very happy with our experience with Tycos and Joe and will definitely be using them again in the future.
