Tim was very responsive when I requested a quote and he stayed in contact with me through the entire process. Courtney and Marissa in the office kept me updated on supplies and other communication. Ron and the crew showed up bright and early every day and worked so very hard all. day. long. Every. Day. Ron kept me updated on the whole process of replacing the roof and the things they were doing to make the roof safe and look nice. I could not be happier or more impressed with everyone at ProFormance Roofing. This is not a fun home improvement project but a very necessary one and everyone at ProFormance was professional, kind, informative and made the whole process as painless as possible. We got estimates from ten roofing companies. Justin from Proformance Roofing was THE ONLY ONE WHO PHYSICALLY GOT ON THE ROOF TO MEASURE. All prices were within a certain range, but it was his personal touch that won us over. All the other companies measured using Google Earth or other internet satellite views. His personal attention, professionalism and knowledge are an asset to this company. On the day of installation, David and his team arrived and promptly began work. The crew was very respectful, fast and had a keen attention to detail. The crew leader David, was very attentive to our needs, personable, knowledgeable and interacted well with his crew. He doesn't just supervise, he's actually on the roof with the crew.

Chris and his team were the most professional contractor I have hired in twenty years. His team worked long hours were very respectful and professional in all aspects of their job. They were reasonably priced and workmanship was superb. Chris had excellent communication throughout the who process and job was completed ahead of schedule.
