Bossler Roofing, Inc. – Roofing Contractor in Boca Raton, Florida

If you have a leak or you just simply have questions, I don't recommend this company. Bossler Roofing installed my roof with the previous home owner. I just bought the house and when I called to try and get someone to come out to look at the leak this week, it was a nightmare. First it took me about 10 tries to get someone on the phone. Then when I finally spoke to someone they couldn't actually make an appointment for me. The woman just said I have to wait until the guy is available and she will let me know when. Well guess what? No one ever called me lol. So I called and called another 10 times to get a hold of the same woman. She finally sent this guy out with no heads up. He came in, looked at the leak area, and left without saying a word. No explanation. Nothing. Long story short, I have yet to hear back from them and my roof leak got worse because I waited for them for so long. I have since gone with another company that was very responsive and professional and came out immediately! I was shocked by this experience and would never recommend it to another homeowner.

Called them several times no one picks up. I recently bought a home and they installed the roof with the previous owners. They did a terrible job because the roof is leaking. No one will respond to emails or calls. Not sure what I need to do to get them to respond and uphold their warranty. I would not reccomend this company for any roofing needs. Please stay far away and choose a more reputable company as their lack of customer service and quality of work has proved thus far to be very poor.

This review is coming a bit late, but perhaps it's better now that I've had the new roof for 3 months. Chris was great and really went the extra mile fixing some gutter issues that could have caused future problems. They worked quickly and efficiently, especially considering it rained almost every day. Highly recommended for your next roofing project.
