| OLENA BLAZE | They charge me for repair/replace damaged roof tile but did not do job. They left some tiles just stay on roof and do not glue it. Also take off paper from flat part of roof and made it leak. Very bad job. High not recommended. |
| Gordana Bruck | Called them about a leaking roof right after hurricane Irma. Their diagnosis was that the skylight was cracked and needed to be replaced. Told them that it is most likely not the skylight because we had the skylight sealed by someone not too long ago. Anyways, they replaced the skylight. Once it rained again, we realized it was still leaking, except this time it was worse than ever. They came over one more time and said that it was a separate leak. How can it be a separate leak if they worked on it few weeks before that? Did they not do full repairs or did they misdiagnose the issue? Or is it possible that a completely new leak appeared 2 weeks after they did the initial repairs? Still charged me a minimum charge for the second repair and had to pay for the skylight, which was not part of the original quote. Gave me a 10 discount of the entire amountfirst and second repair, including the skylight. |
