I called on Monday morning around 8:45 am because my toilets and shower were backed up. They were so professional. The rep arrived about 10:40 am and was finished by 11:15. He explained the process before and after and gave me recommendations. He did a great job trying to save my grass that he dug up to pump the septic tank. I am so pleased with the process that I will recommend this company to everyone.

Incredibly rude woman on the phone, unable to give any possibility of an idea of cost of labor for a hot water heater install. Refused to understand that a pandemic is going on, with a family of people in the danger zone with pre-existing conditions who can become very ill if exposed to COVID-19. Became irate when I tried explaining that I really don't want people in the house with all of this going on, just to give me a quote. On top of that charging 85 just to come out and give a quote. Her words "well if you don't want people in the house, don't get your water heater fixed and move on," ma'am I would love to however our insurance is forcing us to do this otherwise they will no longer cover our home. So seriously cannot recommend them at all, I've used them before and they were great, I guess they've changed receptionists, the new one is unfortunately a serious downgrade.
