I received bids from 5 companies and Glen, the salesman from Approved Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and straightforward. I was told it would be March before the job could begin due to ordering time and their workload. Approved does not subcontract work; they use their own crews. In mid-February more than two weeks earlier than estimated, I was informed by Ray, the job supervisor, that they were ready to proceed. He gave me dates on when the tear-off & prep would be completed, when cement tile would be delivered, and when application of the tile would proceed. Everything went exactly as Ray said it would and the guys they sent were excellent---hard-working, good-natured, and a pleasure to interact with. Everything was done correctly with the best Miami-Dade approved materials and fasteners. Tarps caught any debris and were taken up each night and the perimeters and driveway cleaned. The applicator they sent was an excellent craftsman. He and his assistants worked continuously and they were very precise and efficient. The best part was their cement work---they matched the exact color of the tile, mixed the custom color onsite, and the careful finishing prompted several neighbors to come over and compliment the superior final result. The job was done to my complete satisfaction and I am now recommending Approved Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services especially tile roofs. You may need to wait a bit, but it will be well worth it "if you want a job done well, select a tradesman with a long waiting list"!

Approved Roofing has been excellent to work with from sales to service on our condominium roofing project. We are very happy with their work and they follow through on all promises and report to us daily with an update. RAY & GLENN and Susan too have been very professional and great to work with.
