There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. He actually went up on our roof no drones and took pictures. explained the process, gave us shingle options, showed us materials that would be used and explained the warranty. Imagine our surprise when his quote was the lowest and had the best warranty. All I could say was “Where do we sign.” He gave us a number to call if we needed financing. His workers were courteous.
