Ronnie worked with my husband and, after finding damage from recent storms, helped us to file a claim. We didn't even know that we had damage a prior quote never mentioned it. Our install was done in one day. The inspector mentioned to my husband that the installers were doing a good job. Now here is where I came in. Ronnie came to the job and we had a nice conversation. Later I asked one of the roofers about cleanup. They go over the property with a magnet to pickup everything. Well, I checked. I had a large magnet to go over the property. I was still finding nails and it was too many. I was finding a few in the driveway also. I was disappointed with this as I made a point about how important it was not to get a nail in my tire. Took a picture and contacted Ronnie and he had Gus on his way immediately. Ronnie followed. Gus went over the property twice and then Ronnie went around. Then the three of us went over the property until dark. I was impressed with the entire experience. Also Ronnie apologized a number of times for the situation. I as impressed how quickly he responded, how he was involved and how he worked to make it right. He also hung in until I was satisfied. I have already recommended this company and would recommend him to you. |

Everything arrived and was delivered the day before so that the next morning they could get right to it. Roof was finished in two days on a 1600 sq ft home. Was very pleased with the process. When I called Ronnie months later after stepping on two nails, he quickly came back out and took care of it. Just shows that he cares, which is nice.
