One of the best experiences I had with a roofer. I called many and left messages with no return call back. When I call this business they answered the phone immediately and came to my house within minutes and gave me a quote to repair my ridge vent. The crew came out the following day and placed the new vent and finished it up in the pouring down rain. 5 star in my book all day and will get my future business.

Sander and Sons installed a new roof around 3.5 years ago. I noticed a couple of weeks ago a rotten piece of plywood that covers the pool pump. I called Alex and asked him if that was normal. He told me to send pictures. Within a week he sent a crew to make the repair. All said and done it looks like brand new. After this amount of time Alex didn't hesitate and did what was right. I would definitely recommend Sander and Sons. Thank you!!!

To be clear, I didn't hire this company. But I did contact them as they did replace my roof last year prior to me purchasing my home, and signs of leaks have begun. But they DID honor their warranty. They sent two guys out promptly to fix my roof at no cost to me. It took a couple of texts/phone calls and a letter hence 4 out of 5, but they DID respond and did stand behind their work in the end. Based upon this experience, I would recommend this company as one that stands behind their work I cannot speak to the quotation and evaluation stages of hiring them.
