If I could give zero stars, I would. My interaction with “Lars” Lou Christensen from Roof Doctors was sketchy to say the least. He was pushy, loud and rather pretentious even telling me the insurance concepts were “difficult to understand” after I asked him pointed questions when the things he was saying just didn't feel right to me. He wanted me to sign a contingency agreement so I was locked into working with him so that he could then contact my insurance company to try and get more money than they had already paid out. This is without even coming to look at my property, which I asked him to do first. He said he was going to look at an aerial view instead. I was concerned about fraud so I told him I wanted to think about it but that he could actually come inspect the property. It was at that time he said he was “too busy” and “was going to pass” and then hung up on me. I'm glad I trusted my intuition on this one and didn't just sign on the dotted line. As a bonus, I wrote Lars to let him know I would be giving a public review of his company and he let me know he was going to retaliate by posting his own review of me even though I was the only one in the equation contacting him in a professional capacity.

Worst Company Ever! The leadership in this organization is flat out broken! Buyer beware! Look elsewhere!
