We recently placed my mothers property for sale and received an offer... We wanted to replace the roof it needed to be done so the new owners will have peice of mind. We had called a few roofing companies to get an estimate. When Roofing RX came by they gave us a very fair estimate and was able to start the project right away. The whole process was super easy. Wayne has always been responsive and extremely flexible with us... I will be using him for any of our roofing projects and I highly recommend them...

Roofing Rx Inc re-shingled my roof and it looks amazing! Very hard working crew, stayed busy and fixed some soffit that was out of place without me even asking! Had a leak and called Wayne who showed up and gave an estimate of 1000 to replace the under laying & shingles. There would be an extra 200 if plywood needed to be replaced. We hired Wayne and he was not able to show when he said he would, but did call to let us know. This went on for about two weeks when one day I arrived home after work and noticed the blue tarp was no longer on the roof. I looked and could tell there were no new shingles, like the estimate said, but could see tar seeping out from under the old shingles. When my wife got home she told me the roofer had come by and fixed the roof. I told her I could see that and asked how much is he charging us. My wife replied, as far as she knew the 1000 he gave as an estimate. I said it didn't make sense, since he didn't do what he said he was going to do so I called Wayne to ask him. Wayne was friendly, at first, until I asked him the price for the repair. He replied 1000 like my quote says. I replied he didn't do any of the work on his quote and I would not pay him 1000 for some tar that I could have done myself. Wayne actually said to me “well at least I'm not charging you the extra 200 for plywood.” I told him he didn't replace plywood why would I be happy he didn't charge me for it? After bickering back and forth, Wayne agreed to come and do the job properly as on the estimate and would take pictures. I agreed and said I would pay Him when the work is done. This was about 6 months ago, still I have not heard back nor has he come back to fix it! I ended up hiring John Scott Roofing who I paid to replace the entire roof since Roofing RX's repair still leaked! You're better off with the blue tarps on the roof don't hire Roofing RX.
