Wozniak Builders, Inc – Roofing Contractor in Dade City, Florida

Great experience. Wozniak did a major kitchen remodel for me where we moved fixtures and removed walls. It was a large job and they executed it very well. My project manager was a guy named Mark and he was really awesome, he did a great job communicating and keeping the workspace super clean. If I ever encounter another larger renovation I can't do myself I know who to call. I think the renovation process in general is tough because there are always unexpected hurdles, I did a lot of research on the reality of renovation not the t.v. shows and what I found is that most have bad experiences because their expectations were not accurate. In other words your house was built by some humans who may have made some mistakes and now those mistakes may cause you some headaches did that rhyme?! Wow!. All that said, I did not have low expectations, in fact I understand the commercial side of contracting very well, I just want to give anyone who reads all of this context. I can honestly say the job went as well as it could go from the contractor's side. Wozniak did an amazing of holding up their side of the bargain. They were honest and transparent and worked with me when it was needed. I don't think it's a fluke that our job went well. I genuinely believe that all the people I met at Wozniak are good and honest people that love what they do.
