The repairs were completed according to plan last summer and I was pleased with the work completed. The proof of a superior business, however, lies in their response when things don't work so smoothly. At the end of last year while cleaning up the exterior of my house, I noticed evidence of an edge leak that had been identified in the roof inspection. I called Rainbow and they agreed to take a look. It appeared that that leak had not been properly addressed, so Rainbow came back and fixed it. It's tough to do a perfect job all the time, but being willing to recognize and correct issues when they do pop up is critical to maintaining a good reputation. Rainbow Roofing Solutions passed that test with flying colors. I would definitely call on them again and recommend them for any roof work.
