Scott Boley	After choosing the lowest estimate big mistake I contracted Apex to install a shingled roof, they sent out a two man crew and it took an unrealistic amount of time to complete the roof . Apex's two man crew slowly completing the work and after many days to complete they handed me a bill for an extra 3500 on top of the initial estimate of 7000. I showed Dave the owner a picture of the crocked shingles that his guys installed and my disagreement on the extra charges and the amount of time it took to complete . Dave basically had no realistic answer for any of my concerns. I don't feel that this company is honest and be aware of non justifiable extra charges.
