I contracted with Allen Carter Jr. and his father to repair fascia on my home. Their proposal stated that they would need to remove the bottom row of tiles on my home. I assumed that this was the most costly aspect of the work. Once they began the job they told me it would not be necessary to remove any of the tiles....and they completed the job . They then asserted that I still owed the amount that that they had originally quoted. Beware..they are smooth. I could not recommend them...wished I had checked out their better business bureau complaints and department of professional regulation suspension of Allen's contracting liscense prior to engaging with them.

I just bought a house that had some roof leaks and issues. I had quotes from companies ranging from 25-50k right?! to replace it and 2k+ to fix leaks. Allen came out the same day we spoke on the phone, looked at the roof and gave me an honest estimate. He said aside from the few small issues, the roof has a good few years left in it and the house definitely doesn't need a full re-roof yet. He showed up the first day I was available and fixed the issues, and cleaned up after his work so well left no trace that he was here. He gave me a better price than anyone else that had come out, was very courteous and responsive, and his work came with a two year guarantee on the fixes he did. Thumbs up from me.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They completed my roof in a timely manner. The price was very fair compared to some of these sharks that were out here after the storm. To top it all off the customer service was the best of any contractor I've worked with. There was always someone available when I called to see where we were in the process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
