Chase roofing came to do a roof repair on my home. Scott and Eddie were terrific. They actually called and moved my appointment up by 4 days and the repair was done before the rain started this weekend. They were timely, courteous and clean. Scott explained and showed me pictures of everything they did! We couldn't be happier!!!!! They even repaired some tiles and replaced my tiles with the same color tiles which had been discontinued. Amazing!!!!!

I was impressed with Chase from day one. From proposal to full roof install, they provided clear expectations and were timely in getting things done. This roofing company delivered!

The office staff was very professional and responsive but one of our main priorities was that the roof tiles were to be installed as soon as the roof was installed, but apparently there was an issue with ordering the tiles and our roof was exposed for weeks waiting for the tiles to arrive. After tiles were installed my wife noticed that some of them had permanent dirt and left over cement on them. Chase roofing came to fix some of those tiles and will provide us with some spare tiles. At the end John Chase came personally to provide us a complete explanation of the job done, shared pictures of the final outcome and assured us that they will be supportive of any roof issues in the future and provided us with peace of mind.
