We had Bob come out and give us a quote. He was amazing !!!! He just felt like a lifelong friend meeting him. They came out and was done in a day and a half !!! I was the envy of all my neighbors on how fast they were done. I had some questions and called the sweet ladies in the office and they were just as helpful as Bob! Truly the best situation I have ever had with a contractor !

Really the photos only tell part of the story. First off it took a month to get these people to start the work. Then, the wrong size parts were ordered...then the correct size wrong color. The person delivering the items drove over my drain field Atlantic Roofing better hope there is no damage. I've emailed and called the main office to try and reach the "estimator", which is much harder than one would think. The lack of communication from the employees and the company is absurd. The guy that came to do the work installed brown shingles on the roof, and then when I bring it to his attention he said, "I thought it looked funny." If something doesn't look right, why install it? Common sense would tell you to question the color of your materials compared to the color on the roof. I am still waiting for a few items that were on the statement of work to actually be done, as well as the correct color shingles to be installed. The guy doing the work had no idea what was on the statement of work. So, not only does this company not communicate with its customers, it doesn't even communicate with the laborers. Unfortunately I live in an area where choices are limited and I had to choose this place. I am regretting my decision.
