I definitely recommend Claudio and the Rooftop team! After receiving several estimates from different contractors we decided to go with Claudio. He had competitive pricing and was very knowledgeable. We needed a complete re-roof done. Concrete tiles with a flat roof in the back of the house. We starting getting estimates in August and most of the roofers had told us that they couldn't start until mid October. He let me know right away that they would be able to start as soon as we have him the green light. Total time was about 6 weeks from beginning to end with the tile installed. I had friends of mine that had used other contractors and were waiting for their tile for over 3 months! Everything was permitted through the county and they passed every inspection with no issues. Claudio was present for every phase of the project and kept an open communication with me and my wife. We're really happy with the modern finished look.

I've seen houses at my parent's neighborhood repaired by Rooftop. I called him and went to my house and have me a very reasonable quote. He dealt with my HOA, the city, permits, etc. I didn't have to do anything except to sign documents and scanned them to him. Everything was done via text or emails, great communication. I recommend his business .
