Guss has been fantastic to work with from the beginning, very responsive and made sure to explain every step before work even started. I had rotting 30 year old siding on my entire two-story chimney and the whole thing had to be taken down to the studs and all new cement siding installed as well as roof work done with new flashing around the sides of the chimney. Guss, Pedro, and the rest of the crew worked non-stop, did a great job, and now I never have to worry about having issues again. I had previously had a small amount of work done on the chimney by another company and I spent two days picking up screws, nails, pieces of wood and shingles and random bits of metal out of my back yard. Pedro and the crew cleaned up every last bit - everyone was great to work with!

Mr. Plair's guys did a beautiful job on my roof. Guss walked me through every step of the process to ensure that I understood each aspect of the work he and his crew would be doing. He scheduled every single event when anyone would set foot on my property with me beforehand, and in every single event the person or persons showed up exactly when Guss said they would. That's pretty rare in construction. Real professional guy all around. He even went the extra mile to shop third party vendors with me to ensure I got the best price for their portions of the work, and again, their finished product was great, too. Can't recommend this company enough.
