Great customer service! We are very pleased with our new roof. They were professional and did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked hard, maintained cleanliness, and finished on time! They also arrived in one vehicle, which kept neighbors happy the streets weren't congested. City Inspector said it looks perfect! Could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks again!

I would love to have been able to give 5 stars but unfortunately my experience was one that left a bad taste in my mouth to the point where I deeply regretted getting our roof done by Turnkey. I'm sure you heard of 3 strikes and you're out...well I think we were well past that. So to start on with strike 1, on the 1st day our downhill journey started. When the workers were laying out the tarps to catch the shingles and etc as they opened it up there were roaches everywhere running out and the workers did not attempt to kill them or jump back as if they were caught off guard which made me think they knew they were in there and now my home has become infested with them! Strike 2, as they were removing the old shingles, as they were moving the new shingle packages they were slamming them so hard that it caused pictures to fall off my walls and I've noticed cracks along my walls. Strike 3, on the 1st night I'm guessing from them slamming the shingles on the roof due to it raining so bad my roof started leaking in my house. Now to top all that off there was an additional strike.... maybe the worst strike of all. 1 of the workers asked to use the restroom and although I was hesitant my husband and I allowed him to come in. Not only did he have the tissue on the roll dirty he unfortunately left feces on the back of our front restroom toilet. I had to spend time bleaching the entire restroom out. Now on top of not being completely satisfied with my roof because certain areas look sloppy my family and I are extremely uncomfortable with the roaches in the house and are having to spend more money to have my home treated. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and I know the next time that I or a family member need a roof replaced that this will not be a choice for me. But on a good note, the account manager who assisted us was very pleasant and explained the entire process to me.
