I just purchased a home, and although the sellers assured me the roof was in good shape, the first time it rained I had a leak through the roof into my living room. After bad experience with another company waited 4 days with no action I called Conch Construction and Roofing. I explained I needed an emergency repair to my roof and they dispatched a repairman to me before I even got off the phone. The guy almost beat me to my house. Although it was still pouring rain, he immediately climbed up, did an inspection, came right back down and explained to me exactly what the problem was. He then climbed right back up and, within an hour of my initial call for help, my roof leak was repaired. Next time, this company will be my first call. In fact, I've already got them coming back to additional roof work and other work on my house. Need a responsive, capable, professional company to do work on your house? This company removed and installed a whole new roof on my two story building on pecon lane. I was so pleased with the roof job and more impressed with the cleanup of my property and surrounding area! Even my gardner remarked how bushes and planter beds were not damaged and not one nail or screw to be found. I recomend this company and will use their services again. Signed the owner.

Not for sure how they do putting on a roof. I will say they are very poor at pick up after themselves. They were working on a house near us and left nails all over the street. I understand this happens when putting on a roof but, they should be making sure none are in the street so people do not have to get tires fixed/ or replaced.
