All Phase Roofing And Construction – Roofing Contractor in Lake Worth, Florida

I was referred to All Phase Roofing and Construction by multiple neighbors on my street for some serious repairs to my concrete tile roof. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. From office communication, to workmanship and cleanliness to pricing-you can't beat them! Cindy runs her business like I do mine and it was much appreciated. Word of caution: There apparently is a major difference between All Phase Roofing and Construction & All Phase Roofing-two DIFFERENT companies.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This has been the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. It started as a request for a simple quote on some minor roof damage. Over a month and a half later, tons of phone calls to their answering service, and a completely unprofessional staff nothing was ever accomplished. They apparently said they didn't have my address the first time which was incorrect. They "apparently" scheduled for somebody to come to my house multiple times which never happened. So I finally contacted the main phone number on the website and reached a gentleman named Frank who apparently doesn't even work for All Phase Roofing. He told me he would even come out to my house himself to take care of my quote personally, which obviously never happened. He got fed up with me calling and told me the owner would call me, which never happened. Then they had the audacity to apparently order tiles with absolutely no approval or authorization from me when I never even received any written quote or email. This company only cares about big contract jobs. I bought a brand new house from Lennar, and Lennar is the one who told me to call them. Don't waste your time, this company is poorly managed and the people just don't care.

This company installed a roof on our house by the contractor/flipper while it was under contract to be sold to us. It started leaking immediately after we moved in and All Phase repeatedly promised to fix it, but never did and then after a year told us we had no warranty with it, even though, obviously the roof was put on for our benefit. This company and the people who work for it have no business integrity and their work is substandard.
