W.D.Hutchinson Construction LLC – Roofing Contractor in Lakeland, Florida

Found company on the internet. Called office and a very nice person answered. She took my information and I received a call back promptly. The caller said they would be out later in the day. I am good with that. At 3:30 I receive call back with the person stating they are in the front of my house. I saw no one. I when to tell him that he is not at my house and he hung up before I could finish my sentence. I called him back and he said the call was dropped. He appoligized saying sorry I was his next stop. Ok. They never came or called me back. Next morning I call the office and explained what happened to the person answering my phone call. She gave me a cell number to Tim and "said call him I am sure he will help you" I did call right away he said "will not be there today but tomorrow I will call you and schedule a date and time for the quote" He did not call. I waited until 11:00 am and he did not answer so I left a message for him to call me back. No call back. This company must not want to make money. I do not understand this behavior and disrespect to a potential customer. Just wanted everyone out there to know how I was treated and would have given them a zero but that option is not avalible.

Jeffery Sleeper has put two roofs on my house. The first roof he did was destroyed by hurricane Irma. I might add that Irma never lifted a shingle on the first roof, it was the trees that put holes in my roof.
