Charged her for complete re-roofing, but only did the flat part, leaving a severe leak in our roof which was the reason she called in the first place. Sought advise from a specialty lawyer in this area who reviewed all the paperwork that was given, now awaiting paperwork with the Dade County Courts and our attorney as we have no other choice but to place it in a Judges hands. Not only will there be a successful outcome, I will make sure this is not done again to elderly persons/people. Very unprofessional, actually sat in my mother's home and cried when she came to re eive the last 50 of her fee, that the money was needed for her child's birthday. STAY AWAY PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY. They should wear a mask and carry a gun, as they are thieves. Took advantage of my 72 year old mother who was still grieving the loss of my father. BEWARE!!! She was given an opportunity to correct the situation, and refused. Nowhere in the paperwork that was given to my mother indicated anything but a complete re roofing, when they did only the flat part. They will pay dearly. |
