Months after my roof was professionally done,, I had a small issue arise. Both Faure and Raul were extremely responsive and assured me there was a solution. And there was! They took care of it right away. This company is highly responsive, professional, and keeps to the timeline. I am very pleased with my roof and the quality of a job well done. This is the best contractor I have ever hired in over 30 years, and I don't say that lightly. The reasons are 1 They showed up as promised 2 before giving an offer they thoroughly inspected my roof/attic to make sure they understood what they were going to be bidding on 3 The offer was made quickly, was fairly priced and included a provision that detailed which extra work wouldn't add to the cost 4 the crew started when they promised they would 5 the people who worked on the roof were incredibly hard working and professional- the site was cleaned everyday 6 when there were some negative surprises they didn't bother me with them, they fixed them and didn't charge me 7 at the end of the project - the workmanship was excellent and they were able to make the permitting process with Coral Gables esy and finally 8 we were well informed the entire length of the project, not only where we were but what the next steps were. I was so touched at the end of the project when Fura said to Henri and I "This isn't your roof, it's now 'our' roof and you can call us anytime if you need something." I would highly recommend this team to anyone who appreciates high quality, people who meet their committments and high standards, with fair pricing.
