We had a bad leak in our roof and thought we had to have our whole roof replaced. We had gotten other bids from other roofing companies and they were adamant that we had to redo the whole roof, while Mauricio suggested just patching would suffice because the roof was still in great condition. He saved us a lot of money. The job was done about a week later and took only a couple of hours to finish. It's been about 7 weeks now since the patch and no leaks in sight especially after it rains.
