During Irma the vents he negligently installed allowed water penetration which caused 250,000 in damage to my home. I supplied him with all necessary documents to file a claim with his insurance company. Now, 2 years later, this company has COMPLETELY FAILED TO REPAY US FOR THE DAMAGE AND HAS KEPT US FROM FILING A CLAIM WITH HIS INSURANCE CO. VELLA. Anyone who has the same problem should be aware that this company never even read the installation instruction supplied with the vent and the Florida Notice of Approval for this product. If yours leaked this is why! |
| Robert Waltz | Had Dan and his guys repair and reshingle my roof. I had alot of rotted wood and a flat roof with many issues. Dan gave me the estimate and a scheduled start date. His people worked with us to pick shingles and options for my flat roof. When the date dan said they would start came his crew was here and ready to go. They did a fantastic job with tear off and dry in. They said they would be back in 2 weeks to reshingle. They showed up 2 weeks later and completed my new roof. I have only one complaint. I wish there were more contractors like the greenlings in collier county. I have been a contractor in naples for 26 yrs. This is one of the few roofing companies that do what they say when they say they will do it. Fair price, great job, no problems. What more could you want. These people really care about the job they are doing. It shows. Will use this company on future projects for sure. 5 stars for the whole experience. Thank you Greenling roofing. |
