Mark Burger, from the start of my roofing experience,was very professional, understanding and very helpful in all aspects of getting my roof replaced., and dealing with the insurance company, He went as far as giving me contacts for insurance carriers when my homeowners dropped me during the process. He kept me updated. He answered my phone calls and text messages promptly. He was honest about what the expectations and costs would be if any.The level of care to get the job done was far above my expectations. The people in the office were always pleasant when I called. Island Roofing did an amazing job from beginning to end! We have a brand new roof with no leaks and beautiful gutters thanks to Fadi ; Fadi was introduced to us thru our next door neighbor. He has taken great care of us every step of the way; what a huge project! My wife and I both communicated with Fadi regularly throughout the project. They got more than 65K from our insurance company +2.2K our deductible to put a new roof on a 1500 sq ft home. Angela, our contract manager, never got approval from our association either for permit or color of tiles and got us in trouble with them and we almost had to pay a fine for that even though she promised us she would take care of everything. She promised to paint the walls to cover the steins from replacing rood but never did and anytime I went to office to talk to someone to complain about her performance, I did not get pass the receptionist. She was suppose to sent us an expense report of how she spend the money, she never did. Do yourself a favor and stay away so you don't go through the stress and pain that we went through.
