I have called 4 or 5 times in the past 3 or 4 weeks to speak with a sales rep but every time I call the reps are all busy. I called both the Alachua and the Newberry locations and left a message for a call back each time but I have yet to hear from them. I have decided to locate another supplier because I need to get the roof leaks resolved. The original issue with the roof was likely an issue with the original installers, but Gulf Coast's customer service is non existent. I want to buy new screws but cant seem to find anybody who actually has the time to sell me some. Not a great business plan in my opinion, but what do I know? |
