We could not be more pleased with the work that was done to clean our roof. Martin was informative, punctual, and thorough. He explained his approach to cleaning the roof and assuring us that no tiles would be broken. His photos and aerial view of the roof showed us the current condition of the roof and will be helpful in any future repairs or replacement. His fee is on the high side, but his work is exceptional.

We recently hired Suncoast Roof Cleaning to clean our concrete tile roof. Martin Rosander is one of the most conscientious contractors we have ever hired. His initial effort to provide us with a detailed explanation about his cleaning process along with requested documentation for State of Florida contractors license, Insurance certificate, industry certifications and accreditation's, demonstrated his level of professionalism from the start. His cost proposal was reasonable based on other proposals received. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. The provided photo from Martin indicates how well he cleaned our roof, note my neighbors tile roof to the left compared to our cleaned roof red .... a picture is worth a thousand words. Martin is a man of integrity. Before starting, he spent almost an hour explaining exactly what the job entails and materials used. He forwards all certifications and insurance documents prior to starting. Martin did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Suncoast Roof Cleaning.
