Bogey Man	They replaced the roof in 2011 and it leaked on first rain in the master bedroom. They repaired it and it leaked again in a few weeks. Then three years later it leaked again. I brought in another roofer and we found the bottom of a tin can stuck in a hole and papered over. I had to have the entire roof done. They found so many issues I won't waste your time. Our insurance paid for new carpet ceiling and wall rework. They are not happy with with R&S.
