| Kristen Adams | My experience was a nightmare.Fidus estimator Kevin Gregory promised to fix Hurr. Matthew damage. He sent a young unsupervised crew that has since returned to Mexico. My roof still leaks & owner James Suplee refuses to fix it. His own project manager advised him they could not fix the leak, and then Kevin denied that he promised to fix the leak. Their employees broke into my house & broke a window to get access to the electric. Someone absconded with my final payment and now Fidus wants to take my house and make me pay 49,000 for their attorney fees. Do not trust these people! Check the Saint Johns docket & see the lawsuits against them & other phony lawsuits when they do a shoddy job they come after you! Check the building inspector/roof code official & see how many times a roof has failed inspection. Both my jobs failed resulting in all or partial removal of the roof - over 10 days to install a 32 square roof! Ridiculous- 1 or 2 days is the norm. They advertise quality work and “Z” flashing but I did not get any flashing at all. Their attorney says “I want your house”, they won't negotiate over this dispute or come back & fix their mistakes- they actually made the leak worse - instead they filed an out of date Claim of Lien and have tied me up in Court, & made me lose the sale of my home & spent a fortune in Court to foreclose their attorney says that I have lots of equity and that is what they are doing to me! They have ruined 2 years of my life, and my roof still leaks. Hopefully the Court will make the right decision and not believe all their lies. |
