I was pretty happy with the overall performance of this company. My new roof is beautiful and they got it done quickly. The only thing that I can say that upset me was the cost kept increasing. I was totally confused about it and about my communications with the sales rep who informed me I wouldn't receive an invoice until it was paid for completely. I needed the total amount and got an invoice one day that had a price and then another invoice the next day for a higher total. After speaking to the owner about the situation, I understood what was going on. I appreciated him explaining it to me and trying to work with me.

Atlantic roofing replaced my roof in 2018 after the hurricane. Bob was very friendly in the beginning and helped us with dealing with the insurance company. My biggest mistake was signing an AOB with this company. I now know better. Unfortunately, there was damage to my ceiling during the replacement of the roof because it was raining outside. We continued to have leaks even after the replacement but every time I tried to call someone to come take a look at it, I couldn't get in touch with anyone. It took over a week before someone actually came out to take care of it. Once they received the money from my insurance company, customer service went down the drain. I would never recommend this company or work with them again myself.

They gave me a quote fast. Even were willing to work with me for financing solutions. Very thorough.
