Chris Schwabl is a terrific representative for Jasper and has been very responsive and professional and answered all our questions in detail. He worked very effectively with our insurance company's claims adjuster to identify all the damaged areas and explained the process. Our roof was installed in one day by a very skilled team of 11 lead by Javier. We found a small, but obvious stain on the roof after the install, but they were true to their word and fixed it perfectly. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and are extremely happy with the result.

Jasper did a decent installation, they didn't stagger starter course/first course in one location. Even though I asked for proper stagger 3 times. That's not a big deal. We ordered shingles to match existing. Brandon said we have "Driftwood", ok. So we thought. Our roof is brown/khaki driftwood, Jasper's driftwood is charcoal grey. During installation I asked why I was getting a dark grey roof. After Brandon called me color blind, I spoke with 2 "superiors" including Randy who was kind enough to come out to the house because the first guy I think was David, could be wrong, could not look. He looked at pictures I sent him of the old/new shingles side by side and at first said I sent him pictures of 2 different shingles. Yes! that is correct yet he continues to contend that they are the same. So Randy comes out and can clearly see the difference and admitted to me that yes they were different. Apparently after he spoke with his superiors, they are back to insisting that brown is grey and grey is brown. If you choose Jasper, you may have to put on the shingles that they dictate, not necessarily your choice. It is for these reasons including the lack of any apology that I have left this poor review. I have placed 3 pictures for YOU to decide. RE: Jasper's response below, of course I signed the agreement. What Jasper will not admit is I was TOLD what color matched my roof and we were NEVER shown the color samples. To state that a roof becomes lighter with years is simply incorrect. As granulars disappear, the asphaltic layer under the granulars shows through making the roof in fact, darker. Fellow consumers, please judge for yourselves, these are 2 different colors. Nice spin with the "I requested" btw. Why is it so difficult to admit you made a mistake and apologize????
