David Hill is the best plumber I've ever met. Not only does he explain things in a manner that could be understood by someone other than a plumber but he's personable and has stayed two hours dripping sweat in order to make sure the work is done perfectly. What an outstanding employee and I request to have David on every occasion. I wouldn't use another. Michelle in Dispatching is always pleasant and understands the time sensitive matters. And David is as good as they come. Would recommend this company and David Hill to anyone who cares about the work that's being provided. Truly an asset to the company! This is absolutely the worst company i have ever worked for and thats saying alot. They are not honest one bit, they do not care about their employees and less about the customers. They had me charge invitation homes numerous times for stuff that didnt need to be done as well as never trained me properly on plumbing work but still forced me to do plumbing stuff and then fired me for not doing it well. They originally hired me for drywall and i was supposed to learn plumbing along the way. I had asked for a raise and they said they would talk to me about it and they would give me one. Instead they decided to fire me.

We had an issue with the water heater at the home we are renting and our property management company contacted Total Solution Industries and they were great! Eddie came out and was so patient with me and my three little girls running around and helped us locate the problem gas issue, not water heater issue. Paige at the office called to verify the problem beforehand and with updates regarding the appointment and they got to us same day as we called within a few hours actually. After Eddie left, Paige called to follow up to make sure that we were able to communicate with the gas company to get the problem corrected. Very impressed with their customer service and will use again. :
