Lyon Home Enterprises – Roofing Contractor in Ormond Beach, Florida

The only reason why I am giving them a star is because I have to in order to be able to post. This is the most unreliable, irresponsible, money stealing company! After months of waiting for my roof to get done, dumpster in front of my house since since November 19 they finally sent a crew yesterday and some of the seem to be minors. They did not put the tarp on my backyard , but they did put it in between houses. I have three dogs and there are nails everywhere in the backyard whic is the are where they go for their needs and not in between houses. I have to wait until they are sone with the project so they can "go ahead and clean". Who will be responsible for vet costs if one of my dogs get a nail in their paws??? During all these months, I am always the one initiating the contact as they don,t have the common sense to call. They were quick to take the money but lack customer service skills. I have never seen the contract with costs for the replacement.There is a "Regional Manger" whom is never available or takes calls or calls back if leaving a message. Horrible company , avoid them and do not hire, they are e a shady company!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Lyon Home Enterprise replace our roof. We worked with Mr John Porter and Ms. Nicole. Both worked diligently to complete our roof quickly. We were on a strict deadline and they not only met but exceeded our expectations. This is a top notch company with top notch staff. The company that replaced our gutters even comment on what and awesome job they did on the roof. Kudos to John and Nicole. Super people. I highly recommend these guys.

CAUTION My name is Andrew I live in Palm Coast Florida I signed up with Lyon Roofing it took them approximately 4 to 5 months to get started on my roof. But they did a good job on the roof unfortunately they did damage on my property and have not replaced the damage even though I have already fixed it for my renters. Also it's not like it's thousands of dollars in damage they simply were throwing cigarette butts off the roof and damaged my shade sale by Burning approximately 15 holes, a couple hundred dollar fix and still can't get a response
