| Ed Rice | Jones was hired to replace our roof in 2018. They did a great job rushing to get it done before an impending storm. In 2019 during pre sale inspections some wood rot was found......a little in the sheathing that should probably have been replaced in the re-roof....but mostly problems in trusses and chimney support that had been wetted in Ivan in 2003 that was not caught on the inspections when I purchased. Jones never had a problem with coming back, in fact they came back three times to satisfy inspectors and real estate agents. John Stevens was the best, and handled the situation well and worked with agents and inspectors to satisfy the requirements. So I give them extremely high marks for sticking with me and standing behind the original job!!!!! |
